Class Members: You are a Settlement Class Member if you purchased any Products in the United States between January 1, 2019, and April 15, 2025. Products include all Family Dollar proprietary brand ground coffee products, including all Chestnut Hill coffee products in 33.9-oz and 11.3-oz container sizes.

Claim form deadline: July 21, 2025.

Benefits: If you are a Settlement Class Member and you submit a timely and valid Claim Form, you may be eligible for one Coffee Product Voucher redeemable for a 9.6-ounce container of Chestnut Hill Ground Coffee, without providing proof of purchase. If the total value of Valid Claims submitted exceeds the settlement amount after Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, Service Awards, and Administrative Expenses are paid, the amount of the Coffee Product Voucher will be reduced on a pro rata (a legal term meaning equal share) basis.

You must submit a timely and valid Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Coffee Product Voucher from the Settlement, if it is approved.

Claim Forms must be received on or before July 21, 2025 if submitted via mail, or submitted online no later than July 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., Central Time. The information will not be disclosed to anyone other than the Court, the Settlement Administrator, and the Parties in this case, and will be used only for purposes of administering this Settlement.

Remember, all Claim Forms must be submitted online or received by the Settlement Administrator no later than July 21, 2025.
