You are a Settlement Class Member, if you purchased any Products in the United States between January 1, 2019, and April 15, 2025. Products include all Family Dollar proprietary brand ground coffee products, including all Chestnut Hill coffee products in 33.9-oz and 11.3-oz container sizes.

A proposed Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit (“Lawsuit”) known as Tangela Williams, et al. v. Family Dollar Stores, LLC, Case No. CV-2021-900022.00, pending in the Circuit Court, Barbour County, Eufaula Division, Alabama. The lawsuit alleges Family Dollar Stores, Inc. and its affiliates (“Family Dollar” or “Defendant”) deceptively and unlawfully labeled, packaged, and marketed Chestnut Hill ground coffee, overstating the amount of coffee each package can actually make. The lawsuit alleges Chestnut Hill ground coffee does not contain enough ground coffee to make the stated number of cups when following the brewing instructions on the label. Family Dollar denies any wrongdoing.

Exclude Yourself	Get out of the Settlement. Get no Coffee Product Voucher. Keep your right to file your own lawsuit against the Released Parties about the legal claims in this lawsuit. The deadline has passed. Received by: July 14, 2025
Object to the Settlement	Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you do not agree with the Settlement. You will still be bound by the Settlement if the Court approves it. The deadline has passed. Filed by: July 14, 2025
Do Nothing	You will not get a Coffee Product Voucher and you give up your legal rights.
